Setup and Annual License Fees
When your district first signs up for Cupertino, we will bill a one-time fee of $7,500 to cover the cost of training and SIS integration. Training is provided via the web by a member of our staff, but we can also provide training on-site if you pay travel expenses.
Once everything is set up, there is a recurring annual license fee for every year that you continue using the software. The annual license fee depends on your district’s enrollment.
Pricing Matrix
Fair, No Nonsense Contract. Our contract is written in plain language and protects everyone.
No Limits. Even though pricing is based on your district’s current enrollment, there are no limits enforced by the software itself. You won’t hit a wall when your student counts crest over the line.
Rates Locked. Your rates are written into the contract. Unless we re-negotiate, your costs will stay the same, year after year.
Free Enhancements. A lifetime supply! As long as you’re subscribed, you’ll always be running the latest software.
Support Included. We’re here when you need help.
Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you may cancel within 90 days. We will refund your entire annual license fee.

We know budgets are tight these days. We have tried to keep prices low so Cupertino can be accessible to districts of all sizes. Annual license fees are pro-rated (by month) if you sign up mid-year.
